We process the data required to operate and secure the game:
- Account data: player and pilot name, email address and encrypted password
- Game state: planets, resources, research, fleets, reports, messages, clan memberships and achievements
- Server and security logs: IP address, browser and device information, access time and requested URL
- Session data: technically necessary session ID used to keep you signed in

Cookies
Galaxor uses technically necessary cookies or session storage for sign-in, security and delivery of the game. These functions are required for the requested service. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

The website’s core fonts and icons are served locally by Galaxor. External services are integrated only where they are required for a feature you explicitly use, such as Discord, payment providers or platform sign-ins. When you open such content, the respective provider’s privacy information also applies.
Retention period
Account data is retained for as long as your account exists or statutory retention obligations apply. Following deletion, personal data is removed within the applicable periods; non-personal game and statistical data may be retained in anonymized form.
